As I reflect on JDA’s progress since its inception in 2001, I know that identifying the right staff members for each engagement is one of our strengths as a company. Our team of associates offers a proven combination of specialized training and experience, technical competence, desire, and effort that connects with our clients and exceeds their expectations.
We strive to provide a multi-disciplined team of engineers, architects, planners, and business professionals who are able to effectively and efficiently assess our client’s project with enough clarity and detail to help them make the best decisions and move ahead with implementable solutions. As we grow, we continue to nurture the relationships with our associates to ensure they are professionally challenged and fulfilled as they continue to develop professionally. One way we achieve this is by creating a professional development plan for each individual that focuses their career goals and desires and identifies professional and educational opportunities that ultimately link their individual development with the goals of the firm. Our success as a company, however, is more than a story of performance. It is also a story of individual and collective growth, of melding the right people with the right skills and experience into the right team, and of the commitment and focus to execute the work for our client partners.
