Mr. Bradley Jacobsen, is a civil engineer with 20 years of aviation planning, programming and implementation experience. He has helped airports, airlines and other tenants plan and implements facilities ranging from new runways and terminals to ARFF stations to new roads and parking structures. He has extensive experience with airline and airport operations, as well as airfield, terminal and ground access planning and implementation. His broad planning and implementation experience provides him with a unique understanding of the individual and aggregate program elements.
