Implementation Support - Airline Representative

Jacobsen/Daniels Associates was selected by the airlines serving at Chicago O'Hare International Airport to serve a unique position as airline representatives during the implementation of the O'Hare Modernization Program (OMP). JDA is responsible for providing technical consulting support to the Airlines and working with the City of Chicago in mutual efforts to implement the OMP. This effort includes being the day-to-day interface with the City of Chicago OMP staff, oversight of the program management and design efforts, and general coordination of the implementation of Phase 1 of the OMP, which includes construction of two new replacement runways and the extension of an existing runway, relocation of various airport support facilities including two cargo buildings and various infrastructure improvements.

The OMP represents $6.6 billion dollars in capital improvements. The program involves reconfigured runways, new access roads, new terminals, additional parking and the closure of two existing runways.
