Ypsilanti, MI – Jacobsen|Daniels (J|D) is pleased to announce that they have added significant experience and capability from industry veterans. Through these strategic moves, J|D is providing its clients with veteran expertise in planning and implementing airport construction programs and the operation of airport terminal concession programs.

Jeff Jarvis | Associate Director

Jeff Jarvis

Jeff Jarvis joins J|D as an Associate Director, supporting J|D’s clients through the planning and development of Consolidated Rental Car (ConRAC) and parking facilities. He brings more than 38 years of experience in architectural design, production, and project management, with the past 20 years being focused on the Transportation Industry.

Kurt Schwager, Chief Business Development Officer, said of Jarvis, “Bringing an industry veteran like Jeff into the firm is an important step in ensuring our clients have access to the very best ideas. Jeff brings not only the experience necessary to advise clients, but also the perspective to efficiently transition a project from planning to design.”

Greg Wellman | Associate Vice President

Greg Wellman joins J|D as an Associate Vice President of the Planning and Programming practice area. In this role, Wellman will support the development of large capital improvement programs for J|D’s airport clients. This builds upon his career as a program manager for major airport projects, including the $5B Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP) at Los Angeles International Airport.

Yolanda Woodruff | Director of Concessions Operations

Yolanda Woodruff joins J|D as the Director of Concessions Operations. Prior to joining J|D, she served as the Director of Retail Operations responsible for managing concessions development programs at Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport. Woodruff will use her 20+ years of experience in airport terminal concessions and tenant management to develop J|D’s terminal concessions operations.

Darryl Daniels, CEO, said of Woodruff, “We love that she brings so much experience in airport food, beverage, news, gifts and specialty retail concessions management to the team.  Her professional career has primarily been as a consultant to the Chicago Department of Aviation providing oversight to a cross-functional team of professionals, managing the concessions program at O’Hare and Midway International Airports. Yolanda is also known throughout the industry for her contributions to AMAC and other aviation trade associations. There is no doubt in my mind that Yolanda is the right person for our team.”
