Jacobsen|Daniels regularly seeks individuals with excellent organizational, technical, written and verbal communication skills interested in designing, planning, and consulting for airports and the aviation industry. They should also have the ability to translate complex technical information and concepts to our clients and other stakeholders. Candidates must have individual initiative, self-motivation, and the capacity to work creatively with a highly motivated staff of consultants.

We seek candidates who will represent the firm with honesty and integrity. Educational backgrounds generally should include at least one of the following – Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Aviation Management and Science, Mathematics, Environmental Science, or other related fields. Since 2001, J|D has provided 36 internships to college students and graduates. Several of these interns have become full-time J|D employees, some have gone on to other industries, and many have started careers in other areas of aviation, including working as airline pilots and or as consultants with some of our peer firms. We are very proud of their achievements and of J|D’s contributions to their growth as individuals and professionals.
