Recognized as one of North America’s most space-constrained airports, the project will pave the way for the development of additional dining and retail spaces and tenant improvements, which will align seamlessly with Sea-Tac’s ambitious growth strategy. Shaun Gough, Director of Project, and Construction Management with J|D, stated, “We are very excited at the opportunity to work with the Port. Throughout the anticipated five-year, $7 million project duration, J|D will provide the Port with on-call representation and comprehensive project management oversight. Their responsibilities will span the planning, design, construction, and closeout phases for tenant buildouts and modifications throughout the airport.

J|D brings extensive experience to the table, having previously managed multiple tenant improvements at the Airport, including premium passenger lounges and innovative food and beverage concession concepts.
