Charisma Williams is a precision-minded architect and interior designer who redefines how travelers experience space. Her work reflects a thoughtful translation of movement, culture, and operational needs into environments that feel intentional, seamless, and engaging.
Informed by global travel and experience across aviation, hospitality, and high-end interiors, Charisma brings clarity and creativity to complex programs. She leads with focus in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, aligning design vision, coordinating teams, and ensuring each detail advances the client’s brand and guest experience. Her work is rooted in storytelling and an intuitive understanding of how people move through space. From premium lounges to high-performance terminal environments, she delivers experiences that balance emotion, efficiency, and lasting value.
Outside of her professional work, Charisma’s interests as an antique collector and LEGO enthusiast reflect her belief that design thrives at the intersection of play, passion, and purpose.
Q & A with Charisma
What professional project are you most proud of?
One of the projects I am most proud of is my work at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where I contributed to large-scale terminal modernization efforts, off-airport property enhancements, airline support spaces, and more than 50 tenant and concessions build-outs. There’s something designed by Charisma on every concourse! These projects required balancing passenger experience, operational efficiency, revenue generation, and stakeholder expectations. Seeing these spaces serve millions of travelers while supporting the airport’s business objectives has been incredibly rewarding.
What do you love about the aviation industry?
I love that aviation connects people, cultures, and economies. Airports are among the most complex and dynamic environments in the world. Every project has the opportunity to improve the traveler experience while creating economic value for communities and stakeholders. It’s an industry where design, strategy, and innovation have a tangible impact on people’s lives every day.
What motivates you to do your best work each day?
I’m motivated by the enhancing the human experience. Whether it’s helping an airport improve operations, supporting a client in achieving their vision, or mentoring team members, I enjoy solving complex challenges and creating outcomes that benefit both organizations and the people they serve.
