Jeff brings 10 years of experience in facility management and airport construction, with a specialization in mechanical systems. His experience includes managing multiple simultaneous projects in a variety of 24-hour critical environments from budgeting through design and construction. Over the last few years, he has honed his skills managing mechanical construction on a diverse range of projects focused on Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Jeff approaches problem solving as a dynamic process. Creativity, developing an in depth understanding, challenging assumptions, and collaboration with key stake holders are all keys to arriving at the best solution. With his background in building operations, he keeps the needs of the end user forefront in his approach. Actively Managing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes plays a critic a role in ensuring a satisfactory experience for the end user and building a trusting relationship with the client.
Recently, Jeff has served as the Project Executive on multiple tenant construction projects at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, where he has more than 5 years of experience in managing construction programs, including premium lounges and food & beverage concession concepts. In these roles he was responsible for developing cost estimates and contracting as well as overseeing the project all the way through delivery to the owner.
